These terms govern your use of somethink.io, the public website of MB RESIDUUM — a Lithuanian private company (reg. 306725962, VAT LT100016939810, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania). By accessing this site you agree to what is set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

somethink.io is an informational website. It introduces our studio, describes the products we ship, and provides a way to contact us. It is not itself a product, a service subscription, or a transactional platform. These terms cover the website only — our individual products (Stagify, Apstatyk, and others) each have their own separate terms of service that apply when you use them.

Billing identity

When you buy a subscription or service from one of our products, the charge is processed by Stripe and will appear on your statement as Somethink.io. Somethink.io is the consumer-facing name of MB RESIDUUM — the two refer to the same legal entity. Invoices and VAT records are issued in the MB RESIDUUM name.

Using the site

You may view and share links to any public page on this site. Please do not:

• Use the site in a way that violates any applicable Lithuanian, EU, or local law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• Scrape the site at a rate that impacts other users, or reuse our content in a way that misrepresents its source.

Intellectual property

The site's copy, layout, logos, and the Somethink.io brand are the property of MB RESIDUUM. You may link to any page freely. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site's design or copy without our permission. Trademarks and logos of third-party products referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

No warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for accuracy and uptime, but we do not promise that every statement on the site is current, that links will always work, or that the site will be free of errors or interruptions. Information on this site is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB RESIDUUM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — for example, lost profits or missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Lithuanian or EU law.

This site links to external websites (our product sites, Stripe's pages, Lithuanian authorities, and others). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Follow external links at your own discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
